Its is a fully outfitted Engine that carries a full compliment of Hurst auto extrication equipment, Maxi-force air bags, a Cairns IRIS Thermal Imaging camera for search and rescue, and Basic Life Support medical equipment. |

Squad - 702 Squad 702 is Bedford Park's Hazardous Materials Response Unit. It is built on a 1991 Pierce Lance chassis. Numerous options on the vehicle include a Winco PTO driven electric generator, Gateway computer, Weather Pak Weather Station, cellular telephones, fax machine, an extensive library, various plugging and patching devices, various air monitoring devices, as well as a complete line of special protective clothing. This apparatus is housed at Station #1 and responds on Hazardous Materials Incidents throughout the Bedford Park area, as well as MABAS Division 21. It also serves as a Command Vehicle on larger scale incidents. |

Squad - 712 Squad 712 is a Specialized Rescue vehicle operating out of Station #1. It is built on a 1976 Ford C-8000 chassis with the body portion built by Pierce. It is equipped with an Onan generator, a Waterous two-stage 500 gallon per minute pump, and a 250 gallon water tank. Special equipment carried on the apparatus includes an electric Hurst tool, portable lighting, various air monitoring devices, and numerous ropes with associated hardware for confined space rescues. |

Truck - 705 Truck 705 is a 75-foot Snorkel that operates out of Station #2. It is built on a 1996 Pierce Arrow chassis. It is equipped with an Onan generator and a Waterous two-stage 1500 gallon per minute pump. The pre-piped waterway to the basket is capable of flowing 1000 gallons per minute. |
